The Forge conducts workouts out of Pro Vision Hockey Academy off I-40 and Watt Rd on the border of West Knoxville and Lenoir City. SuperMoms and athletes will enjoy the 1400 square foot indoor turfed space, as well as the 2.600 square foot outdoor turf space.
The indoor space includes Smith racks for larger compound lifts. SuperMoms and athletes will be tested with free weights, dumbbell, and kettlebell implements. The indoor open space provides the perfect alternative to the outdoors on inclement weather days.
The outdoor space is the perfect spot for short sprints, jumping tasks, and sport specialized open-field work. We also have tires and sleds for speed and power work.
