After 2 workouts at The Forge, we already noticed much better movement and more stamina from our hockey player. Coach Mike makes the sessions engaging and fun! Our hockey player is quickly getting addicted to the speed and strength formula at The Forge and we are seeing the results! Looking forward to seeing our hockey player's progression leading up to our travel hockey season.

My husband and I started working with The Forge to help us get past the barriers we were having with running. Mike coached us every week, watched us run, and corrected what we were doing. He gave us some exercises to do 2-3 times a week that we can do right at home to gain strength and when we told him our goal was to run longer distances and faster, he created a plan for us to do that. Now we just have to follow the plan and keep up the work and we will achieve our goals. It has been great! Thank you Mike and The Forge, would highly recommend!

Working with Coach Wilson and the forge was awesome! He came down and helped our entire athletic department during our summer strength and speed workout sessions. In addition, he helped put our volleyball athletes through a movement sessions where they focused on how to move properly and build up their legs to prevent against ACL damage.I've known Mike for over 5 years (used to coach football with him at Beloit College) and if you have an athlete that you want personalized training for, there is not a better strength coach to go to! He will give your athlete's a personal training plan that includes weekly workouts, eating plans, video feedback, and video conferencing! The best part about Coach Mike is his ability to work with what you have (Adapt, Improvise, Overcome); he understands the current constraints of the corona-virus pandemic and can still work with your athletes to make them better.
